These can transmit video of you skinny dipping in your back yard, use infrared to look through your drapes, and intercept your home's WiFi traffic. Some of them can fly in through an open window and detonate "suicide style".
The current regime seems to see the Constitutional guarantees of privacy as no impediment to spying on US citizens with these drones. So, it seems to fall down to the permanent government of the US - We the People - to do something about it.
